Each reusable pallet holds eight cartons in a compact two-by-two, two-level unit load. Additional pallets rise modestly in price so larger shipping capacity remains an investment without becoming punitive.
Pallet ownership and dock-lane capacity are separate.
A physical eighteen-position buffer for raw material, stamped work in process, and finished parts. Workers use the same storage policy as the owner.
Unlock warehouse planning to purchase.
Upgrade the existing permanent loading bays instead of consuming factory floor. Stage I adds powered upper storage to Bays 1–2; Stage II adds it to Bays 3–4. Bring the pallet to the same bay and the integrated rack lift raises it onto the visible upper beams.

Production pauses while the draft is open. Move or rotate fixtures with their WIP, faults, cycle progress, cartons, and stored contents attached. Saving requires every input, output, pallet approach, and operator position to remain reachable.
Add a second independent three-part stamping cell. Throughput still depends on routing, operator travel, and packaging capacity.

Turn stamped work-in-process plates into finished Drilled Plates. Its short cycle creates a new routing and buffer challenge.

Export a validated JSON checkpoint or restore one from this release or a compatible earlier save. Schema 25 preserves the complete company and Factory 1 state: physical items, machine progress, crew, work plans, management authority, staged shipments, and the bounded Supervision Pass. Compatible older saves are preserved non-destructively.
